General Thoughts

This is a good company and hefty bar! I especially love the collaboration with ColdStone. I honestly just wish it tasted better, but it was still a nice change from regular old-ass protein bars.

Price

Normally these run at ~$2-3/bar, with occasional sales. 11/15.

  • Fullness Factor: These have basically no fiber, but are high protein and high-ish fat (7g). They take a while to eat and are pleasingly big for a protein bar, but actually weigh slightly less than your average bar. 11/15
  • Nutrition: At 20P/230Cals, these are decent. Again, no fiber, but very little sugar, and moderate saturated fat (5g) and sugar alcohols (6g). The protein is high quality, but they do use Maltitol, meaning this isn't glycemic-friendly. 24/35.
  • Taste: These were disappointing to be honest. I was hoping for mint chip ice cream! These just taste like a generic protein bar with mint flavoring mixed with a rice crispy. I don't know what I was expecting, but I expected more! 25/35.
