General Thoughts

These honestly seem like an off-brand FitCrunch that's more expensive than what they imitate. I never see deals on these, though they do generally run cheaper than the average protein bar (but not FitCrunch), and the macros are meh. They do offer a ton of flavors though, which is cool, and I'm excited to see if the Girl Scout cookies taste legit.

Price

Normally these run at ~$1-1.5/bar, with occasional sales. 13/15.

Fullness Factor

These are small and moderate calorie. They are moderate protein, but low fiber. But mostly they're just small and light for the calories. 10/15.

Nutrition

These are quite similar to FitCrunch, generally ranging from 190-200 calories and 16g protein. They are moderate saturated fat (4-5g) and low sugar (~4g), but also low fiber (1g). The protein is mostly high quality, but they do use soy in their blend, and they have many artificial ingredients some might not love (e.g. Palm Oil). They are maltitol sweetened. 24/35.

Flavors

Girl Scout Coconut Caramel

  • Taste: These were good - they definitely reminded me of a girl scout cookie, but not exceptional. I didn't get a ton of coconut or caramel. Honestly, I think they were just going for a girl scout cookie flavor, minus the mint. 25/35.

Whipped Chocolate Mousse

  • Taste: This was not offensive, but I did not really get mousse. I more just got a light chocolate flavor. The texture was pleasant. Still, they lose points on accuracy. 24/35.
