General Thoughts

This is a brand I love for protein powders, and will frequently buy bars if on sale in order to bundle for free shipping. The bars aren't the tastiest or the cleanest, but they're solid and a good change to mix-in.

Price

Normally these run at ~$3/bar, but you can frequently get them down to about $1.5/bar on sale. 13/15.

Layered Birthday Cake

• Fullness Factor: These are big-enough and satiating enough, but lower in fiber and higher in calorie than I'd like. 11/15.
• Nutrition: These are unimpressive, at 20P/260Cals and only 10g fiber. It is low sugar and low saturated fat. They may be amino spiking using collagen in their protein blend. 23/35.
• Taste: Not exceptional, but definitely tasty. I enjoyed it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to find it. 25/35.
• Overall: 72

Vanilla Wafer

• Fullness Factor: These aren't very big (42g), high in fiber, or even thatt high in protein. 9/15.
• Nutrition: Even more unimpressive at 15P/210Cals, 6g saturated fat, and 5g added sugar. 22/35.
• Taste: Literally a wafer. This is definitely meant to be more of a candy replacement with some protein than a protein bar replacement. The texture is perfect. 29/35.
