General Thoughts

These are big, but don't have the best macros. Definitely better than a real cookie, but I've seen better protein cookies out there! This seems to be trying to appeal to a keto-audience. Overall, I'm just pleased by the size (compared to a regular protein bar).

Price

At ~$2-3 per cookie, 10/15.

Fullness Factor

Pretty good, with high fiber content (15g), high protein, high fat, and decent size. My only complaint is the weight - it's only 58g, which is actually less than their protein bars (60g), but if you didn't tell me that I would never have known. 12/15.

Flavors

Cinnamon Brown Butter

  • Nutrition: These aren't great: 15P/240Cals. They are pretty high fiber (12g), but also very high saturated fat (9g). The protein is high quality, but the 2nd ingredient is literally butter. They are stevia and erythritol sweetened. 24/35.
  • Taste: These are divine! They nailed the cinnamon flavor (and I love all-things cinnamon!). They are indeed soft and chewy, but don't leave them out, or they will harden and go slightly stale. 30/35.

Chocolate Chip

  • Nutrition: These are slightly worse in every way: 15P/240Cals, with less fiber (9g) and more saturated fat (12g). 24/35.
  • Taste: They deliver, more or less exactly as advertised. They are probably twice as good heated up, but on their own it tastes more or less exactly like a chocolate chip cookie (though not a particularly good one). 27/35.

Peanut Butter

  • Nutrition: These ones are great: at 15P/210Cals, there are legitimately many protein bars on the market with worse macros. They are high fiber (11g) and only have 4g saturated fat. 29/35.
  • Taste: Although I was hoping for a richer peanut butter, these taste exactly like a peanut butter cookie. That means a pretty mild, but pleasant peanut flavor. These are only slightly improved when microwaved IMO. 24/35.

Snickerdoodle

  • Nutrition: Back to awful: 15P/230Cals, with 10g fiber and saturated fat. 24/35.
  • Taste: My god, they've nailed the cinnamon flavors. This one doesn't really taste exactly like a Snickerdoodle, but it's still delicious and very cinnamon-y! I really liked it, but it loses points for accuracy. 30/35.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

  • Nutrition: These ones are also great: at 15P/210Cals, the only real difference between this and the regular Peanut Butter is an extra 0.5g saturated fat, which I'll led slide (especially since it is 1g fewer net carbs, if you count those). 29/35.
  • Taste: IMO this strikes a perfect balance between regular chocolate chip flavor and the peanut butter macros. This tastes like a chocolate chip cookie with a hint of peanut butter, and it would be dishonest to rate it anything less than the regular chocolate chip, since I'm honestly not convinced I could tell them apart (especially unmicrowaved). 29/35.
