General Thoughts

This is a very well known and somewhat infamous brand. I respect them as a company, but they are known in the gym-community for having a shit preworkout. They use Caffeine Anhydrous, which is supposedly worse for the energy crash, and they do use Beta Alanine in some of their drink. Overall they're not my favorite brand, but they're not bad either.

Price

These are typically ~$2 per can, often with sales. 7.5/10.

Effectiveness

I don't know if it's placebo coupled with the beta-alanine tingles going away, but I actually experienced a caffeine crash. Their choice of caffeine source is supposedly worse, and they don't have any of the fancy ingredients like Alpha-GPC that Ghost, Gorilla Mind, and Monster do. 7/10.

• Flavor: Ghost spoiled me, because this f*cking sucked. I was hoping for a real starburst taste, but they really dropped the ball on this. I also find the beta-alanine really unpleasant. 5.75/10.
