General Thoughts

These flavors are so spot on it's scary! Ghost in general is a great brand across the board, and somehow gets the most amazing collaborations. My only complaint is the price - these tend to be steep. Their ingredients are great, since they use a moderate 200mg caffeine from coffee (which theoretically provides more consistent energy than caffeine anhydrous), taurine, and alpha-gpc. Sucralose is their sweetner of choice, but if you're worried about taste - don't be! Overall this is probably my favorite energy drink brand.

Price

These tend to be $2-3 per drink, but are rarely on sale. 6.5/10.

Effectiveness

I find these are pretty effective. Definitely wakes me up, but no real caffeine crash (but I'm not prone to these anyways). 9/10.

Nutrition

The nutrition is pretty consistent on these, ranging from 5-10 calories per drink, with no added sugar. 9/10.

Sour Green Apple






  • Flavor: This is exactly like the candy. Scarily accurate. If that's you're thing, get this ASAP. I'm just not a big sour guy, and the drink gets old after a while. 8/10
  • Overall: 8.25

Sour Watermelon






  • Flavor: I like this slightly more than the green apple, but again, I really need to be in the mood for it to have it. Flavor is spot on. 8.25/10.
  • Overall: 8.25

Red Sour Patch Kids








  • Flavor: This is really really good. And so accurate. I honestly wouldn't get tired of this. It's also a bit sweeter than the previous two flavors. 9/10
  • Overall:  8.5

 

Blue Sour Patch Kids






  • Flavor: Even better. It's the perfect balance of sweet and sour. 9.25/10.
  • Overall: 8.5 

 

Tropical Mango







  • Flavor: This is good, but not exceptional or particularly memorable. I can't see myself really going back for this or specifically seeking this one out. Still, better than most energy drinks. 7.5/10.

Swedish Fish







  • Flavor: This is better than the Sour Patch Kids, with the caveat that I couldn't have it every day. The flavor is scarily accurate, and I love it (and I don't even really like Swedish Fish that much!). 9.25/10.
  •  Overall: 8.5

Orange Cream









  • Flavor: I didn't love this at first, but I've had it a few times, and it's grown on me. There's a distinctive mood for an orange creamsicle (when you want something refreshing, but not sour like lemonaide), and this is perfect for that. 8.25/10.
  • Overall: 8.25 

Strawbango Margarita






  • Flavor: I wasn't expecting a ton based off the previous fruity flavors, but this blew it out of the park. I wish there were a bit more banana, but the strawberry and mango are perfect. 9/10.
  • Overall: 8.5

Bubblegum









  • Flavor: Wow. Literally liquid bubblicious gum. Not much more to say - This was very sweet, and I loved it. 9.25/10.
  • Overall: 8.5
