General Thoughts

These are delicious, but have meh macros. They remind me of those frosted sugar cookies that are so easy to devour, except they're a bit smaller and cakier. As always, love the Quest brand, but these are calorically speaking not a ton better than ordinary cookies - they just have better macros.

Price

At ~$20 for 8 servings (of 2 cookies), these are expensive, but I weirdly see them on clearance all the time, in which case it's more like $10. 11/15.

Fullness Factor

These aren't too filling, but that's because they're small and very fatty (very calorie dense). They take about 2 seconds to eat. They are not that high fiber, with 2.5g per cookie. 10/15.

Nutrition

Pretty bad, with 10P/190Cals, 12g sugar alcohols, and only 5g fiber per 2 cookies. The protein is at least high quality, and they use erythritol. 22/35.

Flavors

Chocolate Cake

  • Taste: These are very very good! They nailed the soft, chocolate cake flavor. Bravo to Quest! Only complaint is that these are a little cak-ey, but it's not even in a bad way honestly (just a bit unexpected for a cookie). 32/35.

Birthday Cake

  • Taste: Even better! Literally exactly like an artificial frosted sugar cookie! It makes sense given the macros I guess, but I looooooved this! 33/35.
